Mitravelas has been producing wine for nearly 200 years. Their Assyrtiko, one of Greece’s noble grape varieties, known for its flavors of salty Meyer lemon, wet rocks, and dried white flower petals, will whisk you away to the Greek Isles.

Grüner Veltliner, hailing from Austria near Vienna, has been a big hit in the sommelier world. Tegernseerhof's wine is sourced from a single vineyard with no oak usage contains notes slight green peppery notes and crispy minerality, letting the purity of the varietal shine.

The name Cervaro comes from the noble family that owned Castello della Sala during the 14th century, Monaldeschi della Cervara. A blend of Chardonnay grapes and a small quantity of Grechetto create aging potential and represent the elegance and complexity of this unique estate. Cervaro della Sala is one of the first Italian wines to have malolactic fermentation and aging take place in barriques. Elegant, creamy, balanced with spine of citrusy acidity, poached apricot and lemon curd, toasted hazelnuts, salty minerality. Medium to full bodied, with a long, mouthwatering finish.

*Saint Auguste is an organic selection of the best cuvées of Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon. The robe is a rich dark purple with bright ruby highlights. It offers alluring aromas of ripe black cherries, nutmeg and clove. It is full and concentrated and is a wine that can be enjoyed upon release and over the following ten to fifteen years.

Giovanna Neri inherited part of the Casanova di Neri estate from her late father and, along with her daughter Diletta, has been producing delicate, refined Brunelli exemplary of the Tuscan terroir. Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged Slavonian oak barrels for a true expression of Montalcino. Aromas of ripe cherry, sweet spices, tobacco and balsamic hints balance the age-softened tannins.

Danish oenologist Peter Sisseck embraced biodynamics in the early 2000s. All harvesting is by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aged 14 months in a mix of old and new barrique. Old vine Tempranillo and Garnacha exhibits notes of ripe dark fruits on the nose – cherries, plums, and blackberries – enveloped in a hint of vanilla, baking spice, and violets.

A 187 ml bottle, often called a "split" or "Piccolo" is the smallest standard wine bottle size and allows for the "perfect pour" of champagne each time.
